Partner Portal Check List
The District Direct Partner Portal launched on Monday, February 27, 2023.
Here's a quick checklist to ensure that you're ready to use the new portal.
PLEASE NOTE: When you login on Monday, February 27th, you'll be able to submit new applications. Your existing cases will not be visible until Tuesday, February 28th.
1. You've Watched the Roadshow Video
Watch the quick video to learn what the new District Direct Partner Portal is and how it may impact you.
2. You've Completed Training
It's important that you've participated in the mandatory Partner Portal training before launch. The two mandatory courses include Introduction to Partner Portal and Application Intake. Training sessions fill up fast, so register early and monitor the registration page for new sessions. On-demand sessions are also available for these two courses.
3. Your New Partner Portal Account is Setup
The District Direct Partner Portal will require a new user account that's different from:
- Quickbase
- DC Care Connect (DCCC)
- Medicaid Client Information System (MCIS)
IMPORTANT: Your new Partner Portal account setup must be completed before the launch. You should've received an email with your username and a link to set your password. See accounts FAQs.
4. You've Successfully Logged-in to Your New Accounts
By completing your account setup, you should be able to login to the Partner Portal. A successful login will ensure that you're all set to use the new portal when it's launched.
